The police have remained silent after a popular High Wycombe kebab van was smashed up overnight. 

As reported earlier, Hello Boss Kebab was struck in the late hours of Wednesday, December 6, after a car ploughed into it. 

The incident happened on Bellfield Road in High Wycombe. The Free Press has made attempts to contact the police for more information but the force has yet to comment.

Images and a brief video of the incident show the van had been completely smashed with a part of the vehicle being lopsided.

Taking to social media, many users have expressed their well wishes to the popular business owner, who so far, has not commented publicly about the incident.

Others said their thoughts were the staff working in the van at the time of the crash.

Dawn Gibson Ellis said: “I hope they are all ok and they get up and running soon.

“They are part of Wycombe history.”

Debbie Greenwood King said: “I hope all the guys are ok.

“Best Kebab in Wycombe.

“Sending love.”

Andy Chandler added: “Shocked to see this, bless them are they all, okay?

“Hopefully be back selling their lovely kebabs.

“Used to love them, before moving away.”

Nabeela Rana said: “Hope they are okay, how scary that must have been.”

It is not known if any injuries have been reported, or if any arrests have been made, but the Free Press has reached out to Thames Valley Police for more information.
