A historical Buckinghamshire pub where Ozzy Osbourne enjoyed a meal has welcomed him back for another visit.

The Royal Standard of England in Forty Green has welcomed Ozzy Osbourne for a “zero alcohol” visit following his recent move back to Buckinghamshire with wife Sharon.

The iconic pub popular among film crews and celebrities welcomed the Black Sabbath legend back for another, healthy visit as Ozzy has been sober for years.

Ozzy paid the oldest pub in England a visit in 2016 with his son Jack Osbourne to try a portion of fish and chips, which was shown in an episode of Ozzy & Jack’s Wold Detour reality show. Watch a clip below showing Ozzy eating Jack's chips before ordering his own portion.

Owner and landlord Matthew O’Keeffe said the Prince of Darkness “loved our fish and chips.”

“We welcome him back. Best of British – he said it was the best.”

When asked what Matthew would serve Ozzy, he said fish and chips again.

“And we also have the largest section in Buckinghamshire of zero alcohol beers on draught tap. Ozzy isn't the only person who is now drinking less alcohol.

“Non-alcoholic beers seem to be the future and if it's on tap there's less calories and and you can safely drink these if you are driving,” he added.

The historical pub featured in Harry Potter and Afterlife is located just over four miles away from the Osbournes’ Welder House mansion in Jordans village.
