Buckinghamshire Council has warned people of flooding near some rivers and waterways.
The warning comes after the Environment Agency issued two flood alerts for River Thames and Lower River Colne.
A flood warning is in place for River Thames from Hurley to Cookham after river levels remain high following rainfall.
Environment Agency said flooding of low lying land and roads is possible today (December 11), especially in the Marlow area.
“We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses,” the authority warned.
River levels are expected to remain high for the next couple of days on River Thames, the Environment Agency said.

Another flood alert was issued for Lower River Colne and Frays River following rain over the weekend.
The council said on X (formerly Twitter): “River levels and weather conditions are being monitored. Please avoid using low lying footpaths or entering areas prone to flooding.”
River levels may rise again following rainfall on Tuesday, December 12, the Environment Agency said.
