POLICE have given an update on a wanted man on the run in connection to an attempted murder.
Last month, Thames Valley Police issued an appeal to find Dylan Lewis, 25, wanted in connection with attempted murder in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
It comes after an incident where a man in his 40s was stabbed multiple times to his torso on Hodge Lea Lane at about 11pm on January 4, 2023.
The victim was rushed into hospital for treatment and he has since been discharged.
Investigating officer DC Scott Dempsey from Milton Keynes police station said at the time of the appeal: “We have been working hard to find Dylan Lewis since this attempted murder more than a year ago."
The public was warned not to approach Lewis but to "call 999 instead".
Police have now arrested a 25-year-old man from Milton Keynes on suspicion of attempted murder yesterday on February 1. He has been released on police bail.
They have not revealed the identity of the man arrested due to legal reasons.
