Motorists have been put in the hot seat for ‘dangerous parking’ outside a school in Buckinghamshire.
Thames Valley Police has warned drivers in Marlow not to engage in “dangerous parking” outside local schools, sharing two examples of vehicles poorly parked outside the Burford School in Marlow Bottom.
A spokesperson for the force urged residents not to “park on zig-zags, across a school entrance, at a junction, where they are blocking pavements or blocking views for other road users and pedestrians”.
Adding: “Poor parking increases the risk of road traffic collisions and can lead to serious injury.
“Please be courteous to other road users and play your part in helping to keep others safe.”
