Police issued a penalty notice to a car badly parked on a kerb in Buckinghamshire after it prevented a disabled person from crossing the road.
Thames Valley Police issued a fixed penalty notice for obstruction to the owner of a Fiat Punto that had been badly parked in Frogmore, High Wycombe, on Friday, February 2.
A spokesperson for the force described it as a “dropped kerb parking fail” which had “prevented a disabled member of the community (from) safely crossing the road”.
