A 19-year-old man has been charged with attempted grievous body harm following an incident that took place at the start of the month.
Salah Suleiman, of Blackheath Crescent, Bradwell Common, Milton Keynes, was charged with one count each of Section 18 attempted wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place on Monday, February 5.
The charges are to an incident in Savoy Crescent at around 10pm on Saturday, February 3, where Suleiman was arrested at the scene.
He was remanded in custody and appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on February 5, where he was further remanded in custody and is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on March 4.
Following the incident, Thames Valley Police has made a mandatory referral to the Independent Office for Police Conduct as Suleiman lost consciousness while being arrested.
He has since made a full recovery.
