A MALE entertainment business is hosting its first event in High Wycombe hoping to 'fill the gap for nightlife' in town.

Man Oh Man, a High Wycombe-based male entertainment company, has booked Butlers in Frogmoor on Saturday, February 24 for their first event.

Owner Toya Carlton and business partner Shanna Murray are at the helm, having cultivated their reputation at Revolution Beaconsfield, hosting their events there.

Revolution closed its doors last month, forcing Man Oh Man to find a new space to host its events.

Ms Carlton said: "It's been hard for us to get our name established and Revolutions Beaconsfield was our starter venue to building our reputation as a professional male entertainment company."

Getting the business firmly on the map was a real turning point when they were mentioned on Radio X by Johnny Vaughan on October 5, 2023, for their 'top-notch entertainment in Beaconsfield'.

Seeing a gap for hen party and bachelor party entertainment in High Wycombe, without the need to venture to the likes of London, Bristol or Brighton, Man Oh Man stepped in.

Ms Carlton explained: "The reason for starting a male entertainment company is simply because there is nothing in this area that does this and you have to go further a field like Bristol, London or Brighton which is big on nightlife for hen dos, bachelor parties and big celebrations.

"We were keen to fill this gap to increase the nightlife here in High Wycombe and putting us back on the nightlife map."

Man Oh Man has ambitions for the nightlife scene to thrive further, with an expectation that their growing show will potentially boost other local nightlife venues as well.

Toya added: "Hosting our shows at Butlers on Frogmoor which is the perfect location and is in walking distance to everything in the town centre.

"The more our show grows the more business it will bring to Butlers and potentially other local nightlife venues."

Toya Carlton invites readers to join in the celebration on Saturday, February 24, and discover the pulse of High Wycombe’s nightlife.
