One lane has closed on the M40 due to a crash near Stokenchurch.
Highways England first reported the crash at about 8pm, between junction 4 High Wycombe and junction 5 Stokenchurch.
There is congestion of up to 15 minutes whilst traffic officers work at the scene to clear the accident.
Normal traffic conditions are expected to return at 9.30pm.
