A DRIVER has been caught speeding 90mph on the dual carriageway in Wendover.

Thames Valley Police was out in force on Sunday, March 24, catching 54 cars, vans and motorbikes speeding.

Police said the highest speed recorded was a "shocking 90MPH".

A number of motorists will be offered courses, some points with fines and others a day at court.

A police spokesman said: "Remember that commercial vehicles have a different max speed on national speed limit roads.

"One of our van speeders also blew over the drink drive limit and provided a specimen of 108µg and risks losing their licence for a long time."
