The menu for the 2024 Pub in the Park in Marlow has officially been revealed.

The festival, which was created by celebrity chef Tom Kerridge, will take place at Higginson Park between May 16 and May 19.

So what food can we expect when Pub in the Park returns?

It wouldn’t be Tom Kerridge festival without an appearance from his original Marlow-based pub, The Hand & Flowers.

With Two Michelin Stars, guests to Pub in the Park can expect his twists on pub classics such as Nduja Sausage Rolls with Spanish cheese and mashed potato and Crispy Goan Cauliflower with chopped sour greens.

Additionally, Angela Hartnett, who appeared on Hell’s Kitchen, will bring her restaurant Cafe Murano alongside her Book Club for the first time to the event.

Just next to the book club, those in attendance will be able to try the Italian-inspired dishes from Angela’s Cafe Murano restaurant, which will have Lamb Bolognaise Panzotti, Tomato & Mozzarella Arancini with a spiced basil pesto mayonnaise and a gloriously rich Chicken Milanese served with cabbage slaw and nduja pasta.

The Abbey Inn by renowned chef Tommy Banks will be making its Pub in the Park debut this year, opening at Marlow and appearing at Chiswick and St Albans.

The venue, which is a 19th-century inn transformed into a cosy, relaxed country pub with rooms, will serve up a series of iconic plates including Lamb Kofta Flatbread with fermented turnip puree, herb dressing and pickled chillies, as well as a delicious Celeriac & Truffle Pie with chips and vegetarian gravy.

Travelling from North London to Marlow is The Bull and Last, a Top 50 Gastropub and local Highgate institution.

This pub’s innovative feasts will include Char Grilled Aged Prime Rib of Beef, served with roast portobello mushroom, cep mushroom ketchup & gremolata vinaigrette as its Pub Special, alongside a Sticky Lamb Breast Roll, Rueben Fries topped with salt beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese & Russian dressing, and a seasonal Pea Orzo Risotto for kids.
