A man lost his licence and was handed a hefty fine after being caught drink-driving at Wendover.
Luke O'Donoghue, 43, of Higham Road, Chesham, appeared before High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on November 6 last year.
There, he pleaded guilty to driving while above the legal alcohol limit.
The court heard that, on October 21, 2023, O'Donoghue was stopped in Cobblers Hill, Wendover, driving a Ford Fusion.
He was tested, and it was subsequently found that he was above the legal drink-driving limit.
The reading at the time was 115 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Magistrates disqualified O'Donoghue from driving for two years and three months.
This is to be reduced by 27 weeks upon completion of an accredited driving course.
In addition, he has been ordered to pay a £200 fine, as well as £85 in court costs and an £80 victim surcharge.
