One of the South East’s leading property developers has announced the appointment of Michael Graham as selling agent for Deanfield Mead, a new collection of 14 properties in Little Kimble.
Deanfield Homes, which is based in Loudwater, has a collection of three and four-bedroom detached properties in the village near Aylesbury, with the buildings, being described as ‘traditional in design and finish’.
The properties also boast a host of green features including high levels of energy efficiency, air source heat pumps and EV charging points.
Stephen Fairfax, senior partner for land and new homes at Michael Graham, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Deanfield Homes to bring to market this wonderful collection in Little Kimble.
“There has been a great deal of early interest in these properties from buyers looking for a modern, eco-friendly home with all the character and style you’d expect in such a desirable rural location.
“With just 14 homes available, we’d encourage interested buyers to get in touch now to avoid missing out.”
Annette Gaskell, sales and marketing manager at Deanfield Homes, added: “Deanfield has become renowned for sensitive development in village locations, and Deanfield Mead in Little Kimble is a real jewel in our crown.
“Partnering with Michael Graham means our purchasers will have the benefit of local knowledge, expert advice and a professional and friendly service throughout their house buying journey.”
