An 82-year-old has been charged with seriously injuring a man while driving carelessly in Marlow.
William Williams, from the Bucks village of Marlow Bottom, appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on April 11.
This was in connection with an incident on October 11, 2022.
The defendant allegedly drove a Toyota in Marlow Bottom without due care and attention.
He stands accused of seriously injuring another man there.
Williams has yet to enter a plea, with magistrates fixing a further hearing in the case for May 14 this year.
This is set to take place at Aylesbury Crown Court.
