A WOMAN was attacked and her Labrador was stolen during a robbery.
Police are investigating a robbery which happened on Tuesday, May 14, between the hours of 8.30pm and 9.30pm.
A woman in her 20s was walking her dog on the redway between Mitcham Place and Wimbledon Place when a woman approached her.
The woman then punched her and took her dog.
Police said the victim's dog was found and returned to her.
The victim attended Milton Keynes University Hospital suffering pain in her jaw and neck.
The offender is described as a white female, around 5ft tall with a slim build.
Police said she was wearing black shorts, a black jacket zipped up and what appeared to be a green jacket underneath.
She had her hood up, so hair colour is not known.
Investigator Sophie Gibbs, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “I’m appealing to anybody who witnessed this incident or who may have dash-cam, mobile phone or CCTV footage that may assist my investigation to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
