A man has been charged over an assault which occurred in broad daylight in Aylesbury town centre.
Michael Caddick, 59, of Wendover Road, West Turville, has been charged with causing actual bodily harm over the incident, which took place at 5pm on May 15.
A man was attacked in Kingsbury Square, and was hospitalised.
He has since been discharged.
Caddick is due to appear before High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on June 13.
A 31-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of assault.
This individual has been bailed.
