Motorists in Oxford have been warned about surface water as a yellow weather warning remains in place.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain until Thursday across the south east.

Their driving tips include using dipped headlights if visibility is 'seriously reduced'.
Increase your gap between cars by 4 seconds from the moving traffic infront and to grip your steering wheel firmly.
Heavy rain has caused traffic on the roads this morning (May 22) with two lanes closed on the M40 earlier and the A404 in Marlow experiencing delays.
The traffic has now calmed down following the morning rush-hour.
