Eleanor Cantwell, a third-year apprentice technician at Vertu Mercedes-Benz Aylesbury, has been honoured with the Tony Pritchard Recognition Award for Mercedes-Benz UK.
The award recognises her exceptional dedication, skill, and commitment to excellence within the Mercedes-Benz Apprenticeship Academy.
This year saw a record-breaking number of applications, demonstrating the elite nature of apprentices within the Mercedes-Benz programme.
Assessment results, behavioural scores, work submissions, and nomination form details were considered in the rigorous selection process.
In grabbing the prize, Eleanor earned a week's work experience at Lewis Hamilton’s Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team headquarters, offering her invaluable insights and experience.
