Police are appealing for witnesses to an attempted robbery in High Wycombe which saw a group of teenage boys try to rob and punch a cyclist.

The teenage cyclist was pedalling up Marlow Hill between 4:30pm and 5pm on Thursday, August 1, when a group of five boys estimated to be between 13 and 18-years-old, approached him and asked him to hand over his bike.

He was not injured and cycled away from the scene.
