A Chesham convenience store has applied for a license to serve alcohol to its customers.
Home Picked, which is based along the Broadway in the town next to the High Street, have submitted their notion to Buckinghamshire Council to serve the drinks at the end of June.
The store, which is frequently visited by those in the area, already offers snacks and soft drinks, as well as items such as children’s toys, kitchenware, homeware, hardware and toiletries.
A notice that is currently displayed on the shop window reads: “The licensable activities proposed are as follows: The sale of alcohol (consumption off the premises) between 7am and 11pm daily.”
The application was sent to Buckinghamshire Council at the end of June this year.
Despite having regular customers, only one review has been left on Google.
The five star testimonial reads: “Very friendly customer experience, small and tidy good little shop and a budget friendly.”
