Some of these individuals are currently serving custodial terms, whilst others have been released on license.
This does not include those who have been convicted and have since died.

Crime: Raping a teenage girl under the age of 16, and causing/inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
Date of sentencing: April 24, 2024
Punishment: 10 years in jail
Richard Cunningham, 55, Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield
Crime: Sexually assaulted three people, and assault by penetration
Date of sentencing: April 19, 2024
Punishment: Eight-and-a-half years in jail
Christian Ross, 31, Netherfield, Milton Keynes
Crime: Sexual activity with children
Date of sentencing: April 19, 2024
Punishment: Eight-and-a-half years in jail
Joshua De Banks, 25, Hughenden Road, High Wycombe
Crime: Caught using an unapproved Facebook account (had been previously jailed for asking a 15-year-old boy to engage in sex acts)
Date of sentencing: April 16, 2024
Punishment: 16 months in jail
Colin Hollands, 60, Aylesbury (no street given)
Crime: Seven counts of adult sexual activity with a female child, four counts of assault of a child by penetration, three counts of rape, two counts of rape of a child, two counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, one count each of indecent assault, sexual assault, causing a child to watch a sexual act and causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity.

- Count 3 – Causing a child to watch a sexual act.
- Count 4 – Inciting a child to engage in sexual Activity.
- Count 5 – Causing a child to watch a sexual act.
- Count 6 – Inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
- Count 7 – Causing a child to watch a sexual act.
- Count 8 – Inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
- Count 9 – Causing a child to watch a sexual act.
- Count 10 – Inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
- Count 11 – Inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
- Count 12 – Causing a child to watch a sexual act.
- Count 13 – Inciting child sexual exploitation.
- Count 14 - Inciting child sexual exploitation.
- Count 15 – Making indecent photographs of children.

Raj Garewal, 58, Marston Road, Oxford
Crime: Sexually assaulted woman whilst she slept in Buckinghamshire
Date of sentencing: September 2, 2022
Punishment: Three-and-a-half years in jail
Zeshan Akhtar, 36, Wavendon Gate, Milton Keynes
Crime: Sexually assaulted a teenager (also assaulted a vulnerable person and verbally abused a bus driver)
Date of sentencing: July 22, 2022
Punishment: Overall, seven years in prison
Driss Serhir, 23, no fixed abode
Crime: Child rape
Date of sentencing: July 19, 2022
Punishment: Nine years for each count of rape, to be served concurrently, along with a 15-year sexual harm and prevention order.
(Crime did not take place in Buckinghamshire but the investigation into Serhirs movements and communications suggest he was in contact with many girls aged between 10 and 15 and that he has visited Greater London, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and the West Midlands using several aliases).

Date of sentencing: April 20, 2022
Crime: Filmed sexual abuse of underage boys on spy cams before uploading them to a Russian website.
Punishment: 13 years and four months in jail
Allan Robins, 71, Pound Close, Corby
Date of sentencing: April 12, 2022
Crime: Arranging to meet children in Milton Keynes to engage in sexual activity (sting was organised by the police)
Punishment: Five years in jail
Mohammed Atif Khan, Chesham (no street given)
Date of sentencing: March 21, 2022
Crime: Kidnapped and raped 17-year-old girl
Punishment: 15 years in jail
Michael Higgins, Chesham (no street given)
Date of sentencing: N/A
Crime: Sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl
Punishment: N/A (had previously been jailed in November 2011 for six-and-a-half-years for raping an 18-year-old girl in Warminster, Wiltshire)
Matthew David Stephen Benson, 27, Paterson Road, Aylesbury
Date of sentencing: January 28, 2022
Crime: Sexually abusing a young boy and causing a child to watch a sexual act
Punishment: 11 years in jail
Derek Thurlbeck, 66, the Pastures, High Wycombe

Crime: Sexually assaulted vulnerable woman
Punishment: Two-and-a-half years in jail
Marc Kenny, 45, Misbourne Close, Aylesbury
Date of sentencing: July 19, 2021
Crime: Made and distributed indecent images of children
Punishment: Two-years-and-one-month in jail
Ashley Wright, 26, Wigston, Leicestershire
Date of sentencing: June 22, 2021
Crime: Sexually assaulted a 15-year-old boy in Milton Keynes
Punishment: Two-years-and-two months in jail
Kandice Barber, 38, Wendover (no street given)

Crime: School teacher engaged in sex with a 15-year-old schoolboy
Punishment: Six-years-and-two-months in jail
Pawel Relowicz, 24, Hull (no fixed abode)
Date of sentencing: March 3, 2021
Crime: Numerous sex offences before killing High Wycombe girl, Libby Squire
Punishment: Life (eligible for parole after 27 years)
