Amersham Old Town’s High Street has reopened following the funeral of One Direction singer Liam Payne.
The long stretch of road had been closed off from the public between 7pm on November 19 to 7pm on November 20.
However, by 3pm on the latter, the road had reopened.
Amersham was the location for the former singer’s final journey on Wednesday, November 20, as he was laid to rest at St Mary the Virgin Church in the town.
A horse-drawn carriage took the 31-year-old’s body to the place of worship where a number of his friends and family were in attendance.
This included his former bandmates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan.
Fans from all over the country gathered in South Buckinghamshire as they paid their respects.
Other noticeable attendees included Girls Aloud singers Cheryl Tweedy [who lives in Chalfont St Peter and had a child with Payne], Kimberly Walsh and Nicola Roberts.
X Factor creator Simon Cowell also arrived, along with actor James Corden, ex-footballer Robbie Keane, and television/radio presenters in Jordan North, Scott Mills, Chris Stark, Adrian Chiles and Marvin and Michelle Humes.
