Amersham Christmas Festival is returning to the town.
The Amersham Action Group and Amersham Town Council are once again joining forces to bring the popular festive event to Sycamore Road on Saturday, November 30.
The festival will run from 10am to 5pm and feature a mix of indoor and outdoor markets, a children's funfair, live entertainment, a Santa's Grotto, and various street performers, all free to enjoy.
Festival-goers can also purchase a raffle ticket to win a range of prizes, with the draw taking place at 4pm.
Half an hour later, the Christmas Tree lights will be switched on by the cast of the Elgiva Theatre's production of Aladdin.
AAG and the town council expressed gratitude to the festival's sponsors: The Entertainer, J Brown Funeral Services, Tesco, Temptation, and Tax Assist Accountants.
They noted that all proceeds from the event will be donated to charities, Chiltern Food Bank and Chiltern Toy Bank.
The groups are encouraging everyone to come out, support charities, and begin their Christmas celebrations.
The Christmas festival has become a staple in Amersham's calendar, marking the start of the festive season in the community.
