Thousands of people attended the 164th Hazlemere Fete over the August Bank Holiday weekend, with organisers describing the event as another major success.
Held at Sir William Ramsay School, the long-running community event attracted visitors from across the area, with more than 1,000 food servings sold and over 1,000 vehicles parked on the school grounds and nearby Rose Avenue playing fields.
The fete dates back to 1860 when it was first held at Hazlemere Parish Church before later moving to the village's Recreation Ground and then Sir William Ramsay School in 2011.
More than 100 stalls and activities were on offer, alongside live music organised by Hazlemere Community Centre.
Popular attractions included an animal corner featuring sheep and pigs, pony rides, Riding for the Disabled, a dog show with more than 100 entries, and displays from the English School of Falconry.
The event was officially opened by the Mayor of High Wycombe, Councillor Imran Hussain.
Sarah Green MP also attended, touring the classic car display before presenting an award to the public's favourite vehicle, a red Mini, and drawing the main raffle.
Organiser Ray Cox thanked supporters, local organisations and volunteers, including 52 people who delivered 8,000 fete brochures across Hazlemere and surrounding communities ahead of the event.
He said: "Highlights of this year were animal corner with sheep, Kew Little Pigs, pony walks and Riding for the Disabled.
"The annual fun dog show with over 100 entries was well attended and two demonstration from the English School of Falconry proved to be a great hit."
The town's mayor, Cllr Imran Hussain, and the MP for Chesham & Amersham, Sarah Green, also attended.
