A NATIONAL Servicemen's Memorial Service is taking place on Sunday for all the armed services.
The day, in Princes Risborough, is to commemorate the contributions of all those who served in the armed forces during National Service, between 1945 and 1963.
Ex-servicemen will be forming up at the Royal British Legion, Bell Street, from 2pm.
The march will begin at 2.30pm.
The parade will march along Bell Street, down the High Street to Market Square then along to St Mary's Parish Church for a service at 3pm.
Following the church service, there will be a parade to Princes Risborough Library on the corner of High Street and Bell Street where there will be a blessing of the Memorial Stone.
Wreaths will be laid, including one for each of the services.
The Deputy Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, Colonel Greg Smith TD DL, will then take the salute in a march past to the Royal British Legion.
