DINNERS everywhere to celebrate Christmas and not least is the one for the Wine Guild which takes place at St Thomas Hall tonight members should remember it is from 7.45pm for 8pm not the usual meeting time. Carols, games and a raffle will all complete the enjoyment of the evening, especially if you members have all remembered to take your own crockery, cutlery etc, and nibbles, salads and desserts for communal use.

A COFFEE morning will be held at St Thomas Church Hall, Mayflower Way, tomorrow from 10am. This must be one of the last such events this year.

TUESDAY Group have a special Christmas Meeting on Tuesday, with quizzes, readings, games and refreshments, from 8pm at St Thomas Hall; and the Senior Citizens have their Christmas Celebration meeting the same date at Kiln Court, North Drive. They will have a special tea and a draw.

SADLY, the Charity Christmas Card Shop is only open for another week, so do not forget to support it. Not only are there cards, but a multitude of other Christmas accessories and necessities. It is in the St Teresa's Car Park, the Rovacabin, and open from 10am till 4pm except Sundays.
