Special thanks to Maye Parr&the District Nurses from Carrington House, Dr. M. Tweedy and all staff from Chiltern House Surgery and Dr. P. Altmann, Dr. P. Hill, Tracy&all staff from both Wycombe&Oxford Renal Units.
