I WAS out birdwatching near Chequers yesterday.
This historic country retreat for sitting prime ministers nestles in one of the most beautiful parts of the Chilterns.
Despite wet weather and muddy trails, the area was still breathtaking.
I understand the current Chequers incumbent and his wife are soon to leave.
