THE Greensleeves Morris Dancers delighted more than 1,000 visitors when they performed at Bekonscot Model Village as part of their 75th anniversary celebrations.
Three Morris teams came from Cipperfield in Hertfordshire for their annual visit to the Model Village, in Warwick Road, Beaconsfield last Saturday.
Barry Newman, who has been the village public relations manager for more than 20 years, was delighted with the turn-out.
He said: "Everyone had a wonderful time. They come in July every year but this year more teams came along as it was a special occasion."
Bekonscot Model Village will celebrate its own 75th anniversary in three years.
It was opened in 1929 and boasts one and a half acres of miniatures depicting rural England in the 1930's.
All of their profits go to charity.
