THE Lane End Wives Candlelight Carol Service is returning to the village this year, but will be delighting audiences in an all new venue.
The event is normally held in the Methodist Church which has now closed. Instead the service will this year be held at the Holy Trinity church, in Church Path, on Sunday, December 21, at 6pm.
The organisers say all are welcome, particularly families with children.
