A CHARLES Dickens classic was given a modern twist by budding thespians.
The annual Great Marlow School production was a 21st century style version of the classic ‘Christmas Carol’ story.
Set in a supermarket, it told the tale of an avaricious store manager who is forced to learn the true meaning of Christmas.
Deputy Headteacher Ralph Morgan said: "The cast was a lively mixture of staff and talented pupils who worked hard to produce an excellent show.
"The play was performed to full houses on both nights and was well received by its audiences."
