Amersham & Wycombe College is providing invaluable training for up to 120 employees of Quality Assured Services, a large cleaning company in Ware, Hertfordshire, which operates throughout southern England.
QAS works primarily with large, blue chip companies, as well as four police forces and HM prisons in an area which stretches from Bedford to Brighton. QAS is keen to offer staff ongoing training opportunities and Amersham & Wycombe College has been given the go-ahead to provide Assessor training for 12 supervisors and managers. These leaders will then provide NVQ training in Cleaning and Support Services (Level 2) for a further group of up to 120 employees, as the training programme is rolled out this year.
“We selected Amersham & Wycombe College over other training providers because they have developed a comprehensive package to meet our needs and have past experience of operating similar employer focused training programmes,” says Laura Oliver of Quality Assured Services.
