A TALENTED young designer from Beaconsfield was celebrating this week after scooping a major construction award.
Daniel Robinson, who works at Deep End Pools in the town, took the Paul Kite Award for Young Pool Star of the Year at the prestigious Swimming Pool Allied Trade Alliance Awards.
The 21-year-old’s prize was to recognise the talent he has shown so far in his career – having only started working for the company three years ago.
He said: “This award was totally unexpected; I was really surprised when I heard my name.
“I am absolutely thrilled and just want to say thank you to everyone who put me forward, it’s an absolute honour which I am extremely proud of.”
Chris Hayes, Managing Director of SPATA said: “The Paul Kite award honours a young person in the industry who has shown great promise in their career so far.
“We are delighted there is a wealth of dedicated, talented young people across the UK which continues to reinforce the high standards that the industry works to.”
