PLANS for nearly 200 new homes in Princes Risborough have officially been submitted.
Proposals to redevelop the former Whiteleaf Furniture site in Picts Lane and the Hypnos site in Station Road have been made to Wycombe District Council.
The plans went on public display in the town in December.
Town and district council member Gary Hall described the plans as “an exciting opportunity” for Princes Risborough.
A decision on whether to grant planning permission or not will be made by the district council later this year.
The proposals for the Whiteleaf Furniture site are for the “demolition of existing storage/industrial sheds, site clearance and construction of 80 new dwelling units with associated infrastructure” and the Hypnos site will have 97 dwelling units.
