SIX arrests have been made following a raid by immigration officials at a Flackwell Heath restaurant on Friday afternoon.
The arrests were made by the UK Border Agency after the Radhuni restaurant in Straight Bit was raided.
Adam Edwards of the UK Border Agency said those arrested were all Bangladeshi males – and one of them has already been deported.
The business has been served with notice of potential liability for employing people who had no right to work, he said.
Meanwhile, five men arrested following another raid at the Blowplast factory in Hillbottom Road, High Wycombe, have been given immigration bail while officers seek to get travel documents with a view to remove them from the country.
Nobody from Radhuni was available for comment.
