Wycombe District Council:

High Beech, Manor Road, Hazlemere. Householder application for installation of new entrance gates to both properties (plots 1 & 2) part retrospective.

14 Manor Park Avenue, Princes Risborough. Householder application for demolition of existing attached garage and erection of replacement attached garage with first floor side extension over and insertion of 1 no. rooflight into rear elevation.

Longacre, Risborough Road, Stoke Mandeville. Application to extend time limit of application 06/02784/APP - Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of one new dwelling.

240 Micklefield Road, High Wycombe. Erection of 1 x 3 bed detached dwelling on land adjacent 240 Micklefield Road with new access off Plantation Road & revised access to 240 Micklefield Road.

Proposed non-material amendment to permission for erection of 1 x 5-bed detached dwelling with cellar, conversion of Barn 3 to games room at ground floor with bedroom & bathroom over with single storey link to main dwelling. Conversion & single storey rear extension to Barn 1 creating ancillary accommodation, demolition of existing staff annexe & erection of replacement detached 2-bed staff cottage, construction of car port/stores/under ground garage linked to Barn 1 & alterations to main access to Ibstone Road (alternative scheme to those permitted under 03/07882/FUL & 04/05918/FUL) granted under planning ref:06/06947/FUL.

Land Off Jasmine Crescent, Princes Risborough. Proposed non-material amendment to permission for erection of two storey flats (3 x 2 bed) with associated parking and access (alternative scheme to pp 09/05255/FUL for erection of two storey flats (3 x 2 bed) with associated parking and access ) granted under 09/06321/FUL.

South Bucks District Council:

Ashby, 43 Candlemas Lane, Beaconsfield. Conversion of existing garage into habitable accommodation. Construction of detached double garage.

28 Reynolds Road, Beaconsfield. Part single storey, part two storey front/side/rear extension. Single storey rear extension.

Beaconsfield Golf Club, Farm Lane, Seer Green. Single storey front extension, erection of first floor balcony and provision of two external staircases to ground level. (Chiltern ref CH/2009/1762/FA)
