Two Beaconsfield properties sold at auction
A Beaconsfield Grade II listed house and outbuilding were auctioned this week.
The three bedroom end-terrace house at 74 London End went for £260,000, with a brick built outbuilding behind the house sold for £18,000.
The Savills auction was held at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington High Street.
