The 27-12 win at Stade Francais, Paris, followed a 35-22 home win the weekend before.
In the first half, the referee was giving penalties away left, right and centre but Wasps built a strong lead of 15-9 after tries from Fraser Waters and Kenny Logan.
Two more Wasps penalties stretched the lead to 21-9 at half-time.
Stade Francais came out fighting and grabbed an early penalty to make the score 21-12 but Wasps replied with two more to end the score at 27-12, spending most of the second-half defending their tryline.
