AS an 80-year-old, born and raised in HIgh Wycombe, I am shocked and disappointed at what has been done to our town.
I did not laugh at the water feature on Frogmoor.
How sad to see what it has become by those who probably knew little about Wycombe.
If so much money was available why not have a proper fountain? There was nothing wrong with Frogmoor as early pictures show. Maybe it was too attractive for these modern times.
