PUPILS at Booker Hill School are collecting Free Books for Schools tokens from Walkers crisp packets and newspapers. In past years the school has collected amazing numbers of tokens and been able to acquire lots of books. Please give any tokens that you have to the school and help them to do even better this year. Pupils are also collecting Tesco Computers for Schools tokens so they would be grateful if you could collect these for them too.

FUNDRAISING at Booker Hill School has been active and on Denim for Diabetes day the school raised £175 for Diabetes UK, while raising awareness of diabetes, particularly its incidence in young people. Meanwhile Year Five pupils have adopted a school in Nepal as their special charity. They ran a cake stall and made £46 and hope to raise enough money to be able to send £100 to the school by the end of the year.
