Swede Tobias Grahn's two-match Wanderers trial ended in disappointment as he was sent off in his second match for the reserves and then sent packing by Sanchez.
The skilful but laid back Swedish under-18 international is not the type of player Sanchez is after at the moment.
He said: "Tobias is going to go back. He's not what we need at the moment but we'll keep an eye on him. We're in a blood and guts situation and he's not that type of player.
"But I'm not dismissing him completely and I wouldn't be surprised to see him back some time."
Against Wimbledon reserves on Wednesday, Grahn was sent off for diving and his reaction to a tackle. He had earlier been booked for squaring up to a Wimbledon player in the match which finished 0-0.
Crawley's 16-goal striker Richard Thompson also played in the match to complete his two-game trial and, although he struggled alone up front after Grahn's dismissal, Sanchez likes what he has seen of the player he had as a youngster at Wimbledon.
Sanchez will talk about the player with his coaching staff this week and could make a decision on him next week."
