HISTORY enthusiasts at Bledlow Ridge School, High Wycombe have been awarded Class of the Week title for their thorough research into leisure activities 50 years ago.
Barbara Rankin's Class One have been trawling through internet sites and libraries to find out how people used to amuse themselves before television and computers.
The five to six year olds were rewarded for their hard work with a visit from former teacher Wendy Moorin to talk about her experiences. Mrs Rankin said: "I'm very proud of the children for thinking up such interesting questions for our visitor and for all their hard work"
