YOU WILL have seen the signs around the villages advertising the school Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) Garden Day and Plant Sale between 10am and midday on Sunday in the school grounds. There will also be a second hand bicycle stall on bring and buy lines.
TOMORROW Hambleden tower is to hold an Open Day starting at 10am. You can learn about the history of bell ringing, watch a video and actually have a go at ringing a bell. Light refreshments are available.
PEOPLE OF FRIETH, Northend and Hambleden raised over £2,225 at the Lent lunches. The money has been sent to Peru to help the orphan children who currently sleep rough on the streets.
