BLACK Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, X-Factor judge Sharon, have put in a planning application to convert a barn into a living space close to their property in Welders Lane, Jordans.
The application is a repeat of a previous application which was approved in 2000 but has now run out of time.
