PARENTS and pupils at a school in Wooburn Green celebrated the opening of an environmental area with a fun day and barbecue.
St Paul's C of E School in Stratford Drive, transformed a piece of wasteland at the school into a pond, woodland walk and bog garden for the children to study animals and insects in their natural habitat.
Scores of children and parents turned up for school on Sunday, September 25, to celebrate the official opening.
