A 20-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with attacking a taxi driver outside a station last month.
Samuel Herrera appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court this morning accused of malicious wounding with intent following an alleged incident outside Chalfont and Latimer tube station on March 28.
Herrera, of Sandy Croft Road, Little Chalfont, spoke only to confirm his name during the short hearing today.
He was remanded into custody after no application for bail was made. He is next due to appear in court on June 7, when he is set to enter a plea.
