RESIDENTS are being asked to 'help shape the future of High Wycombe' with the launch of a new survey to discover what residents want in the town.

The questionnaire, commissioned by the High Wycombe Town Partnership, a not-for-profit organisation comprising of business leaders, is calling on residents to help write the 'future story of High Wycombe'.

Melanie Williams, town centre manager for the partnership, said: “Residents will no doubt have noticed that High Wycombe is evolving at an incredible pace.

“Recent developments such as Eden, the striking new Bucks New University building and great new community facilities, such as the Library and Bus Station, are putting High Wycombe on the map.

“We are busy developing events and activities that will attract people to our historic town and in order to help work out what kind of activities the town needs, we have created a short survey to see what people think the High Wycombe story should be in the future.

“If you would like to have a hand in shaping your town then please take part in this survey. The study is designed to understand your perceptions of the town and all the input received will be invaluable in defining High Wycombe’s future plans.”
