Staff pedal more than 1,000 miles for charity
SUPERMARKET staff cycled more than 1,000 miles on exercise bikes to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Staff at Waitrose in Beaconsfield pedalled a collective total of 1,405 miles – representing the distance between all the World Cup stadiums in South Africa.
About £600 was raised.
