BBC choral stars to help Cookham church hit £300k target
CHORAL scholars whose Christmas television broadcasts are watched by 130 million people worldwide will help raise money towards the £300,000 restoration project for Holy Trinitity Church.
Collegium Regale from King’s College, Cambridge - who feature on festive carol shows on BBC television and Radio - will perform modern and classical choral music at the church from 7.30pm on Sunday July 25.
Tickets costs £20 or £15 with concessions and can be bought from the Parish Office, Church Gate, Cookham (01628 529661), The Stationery Depot, Station Parade, Cookham, or by calling 07710 831272.
