RE: Climate change.
IN a recent BBC Reith Lecture, Professor Martin Rees predicted that the planet in future will be warmer; how much warmer depending on how much carbon dioxide we continue to emit.
This conflicts with the suggestion (May 14) by the BFP’s favourite climate sceptic, Anthony Weeden, that we could be heading for another “little ice age”. Professor Rees is Astronomer Royal and President of the Royal Society. Is Mr Weeden going to tell us that this distinguished scientist is peddling Government propaganda designed to justify a massive and unnecessary tax increase?
